INTELLIGENCE.OWNED BY YOU.

Everything your company learns should make it stronger. We build the intelligence that makes that possible. TFSF Ventures turns your people’s knowledge and operating experience into systems that work across your organization—and remain yours as the business moves forward.

A global company
Grounded in the UAE

We combine experience in payments, software and company building with the technological advances shaping the UAE, applying both to work for clients worldwide.

01 / Company & purpose

THE COMPANY.Behind the intelligence.

We are TFSF Ventures, a global company operating from the UAE. We bring operating experience, people and technology together to build systems our clients own.

TFSF exists to make operating experience a lasting asset for the organization. We turn the judgment behind decisions, the logic of processes and the expertise of people into systems the client can own and develop.

Our role is to carry that understanding from the first conversation into working software and infrastructure, with the client in control.

TFSF Ventures

Responsible for the people, operating standards and delivery of client work.

Labarna AI

Our technology platform for building and running client-owned intelligence.

What ownership means to us

Ownership includes the source code, agents, workflows and infrastructure needed to run the system. The organization controls access, its data boundaries and where the technology is deployed.

As people, vendors and technologies change, the client should be able to retain what it has learned and built.

02 / Our story

28 YEARS IN THE MAKING.Nearly four as TFSF.

The company is nearly four years old. The operating experience behind it spans 28 years of Steven Foster’s work across payments, software and company building.

Payments

Where reliability, trust and accountability were tested by real transactions.

Software

Where lessons from daily operations became repeatable tools and systems.

TFSF

Where that experience became the foundation of a company and its platform, Labarna.

Read the story behind those years

The early work in payments made the consequences of technical decisions immediate. Success showed what could scale; setbacks exposed what needed to change.

Those lessons carried into software, workflows and infrastructure across companies and client environments. TFSF was formed to make that experience useful beyond any one operator.

Labarna brings that operating experience into a platform for building and improving client-owned intelligence, software and infrastructure.

04 / Our direction · 2026–2028

THE NEXT 24 MONTHS.Building the next stage of TFSF.

Over the next 24 months, we plan to bring more of our work into production: client-owned intelligence, governed commerce and dedicated industry programs for clients worldwide. Stronger teams, independent oversight and public evidence will support that growth.

01Institutional intelligence, under your controlAdvance Labarna as the intelligence layer connecting an organization’s knowledge, decisions and operations, with client ownership and control built into its deployment.

Our direction for Labarna is to make an organization’s operating knowledge a lasting part of its intelligence: the context behind decisions, the logic within processes and the experience of its people. As systems evolve and teams change, that knowledge should remain available across the organization.

Over the next 24 months, we plan to own and control the orchestration technology coordinating seven AI models. The objective is to reduce dependence on any single provider as models, pricing and capabilities change. Clients retain ownership of their intelligence and authority over their data and deployment.

02Governed commerce in productionBring payments, learning and dispute resolution together in real transactions, beginning with a construction counterparty and clear rules for oversight.

We plan to take REAP into production with a first live counterparty in construction. REAP applies payment rules, SLPI learns from outcomes while preserving client data boundaries, and ADRE handles evidence and disputes with controlled authority.

The next test is transactions under real operating conditions. Alongside deployment, we intend to advance three pending U.S. patent applications covering 47 claims and pursue protection in the GCC and EU.

03Authority in AI-driven marketsDevelop AISCO and Protocol One to address how AI systems identify, evaluate and select businesses when people are ready to buy.

A business appearing in an AI answer is one step. Our direction for AISCO and Protocol One is to address what follows: whether an AI system recognizes that business as a suitable choice and selects it when a buyer is ready to act.

We intend to develop and test this work through our own web-originated pipeline, using evidence from our operations to show what changes and what still needs improvement.

04Industry programs for global clientsDevelop dedicated industry programs for clients worldwide, applying lessons from our UAE operations and beginning with construction.

TFSF serves a global market from its UAE base. We want to bring the lessons and advances in technology around us into practical work for clients wherever they operate.

We plan to establish dedicated industry programs, starting with construction, with defined services, operating requirements and delivery teams. Each program will address the conditions in which clients operate and their requirements for ownership and control.

05Team knowledge and governanceComplete the board and transfer documented operating knowledge to the Dubai team, strengthening delivery, decision-making and accountability.

Operating experience needs to live in the way the team works. We plan to catalogue recurring patterns, write the playbooks and transfer build knowledge to the Dubai operating team, so delivery can proceed without relying on one person for every decision.

Completing the board adds independent judgment and oversight to that work. The intention is a company whose people can carry its standards forward as responsibilities change.

06Public standards and evidenceExplain our definition of sovereign AI and publish evidence from our own operations, while keeping clients and their information confidential.

We plan to publish what client-owned sovereign AI means in practice: the organization holds its intelligence, controls its infrastructure and can retain the system if it leaves.

Supporting publications will include our operating record, a live processing counter, anonymized architecture teardowns and an annual Sovereignty Report. The evidence will come from TFSF’s own work. Readers should be able to examine how systems are built and operated while clients and their information remain confidential.

05 / LABARNA RESCUE · PLANNED FOR DECEMBER 2026

YOU BUILT IT.Ready for production. Owned by you.

Labarna Rescue is a planned program for strengthening self-built software for production use. We assess the existing system, address weaknesses in its architecture and controls, and prepare the code, infrastructure and documentation for client-owned operation.

System assessment

Understand its architecture, dependencies and data flows. Preserve the useful work you have already done, and identify the gaps that need attention before moving forward.

Production hardening

Strengthen access controls, testing, integrations and monitoring. Plan repairs or rebuilding around the system’s actual condition and the way your business needs it to operate.

Client ownership

Deploy within your environment. Put the code, agents, data and operating documentation in your team’s hands, with ownership and control built into the handover.

How Rescue works
  1. Assess

Review architecture, code, data, security, integrations, dependencies and operating costs. Document what can stay, what needs repair and the scope of the next steps.

  2. Stabilize

Address immediate exposures, clarify data boundaries, pin dependencies and add monitoring. Establish a controlled starting point before deeper changes are made.

  3. Harden

Repair or rebuild where justified. Add permissions, validation, automated tests and observability, and connect the system to the tools the business actually uses.

  4. Make it sovereign

Move into infrastructure and identities you control. Where appropriate, connect to Labarna’s intelligence layer so the system can improve while respecting your data boundaries.

  5. Hand it back

Transfer source code, agents, integrations, data and deployment assets. Provide documentation your team can use to operate, maintain and develop the system.

Who it is for
  • Founders whose prototype now supports a live product and real customers.
  • Operators who need internal tools they can explain, control and maintain.
  • Companies left with an impressive demonstration instead of a dependable system.
  • Businesses whose software handles payments, customer information or other consequential work.
What you receive

Your handover includes source code, agents, integrations, data and deployment artifacts, together with architecture notes, configuration and operating documentation. Your team holds the deployment credentials and authority to maintain or extend the system.

The intended model is client-owned, inside your infrastructure, without a rental layer or engineered lock-in. Client data and identity remain separated from other organizations throughout the work. Rescue builds on what is useful; a rewrite is a decision to justify, not the starting assumption.

06 / Our work

THE WORK.Built around your organization.

We work with organizations that need to build software, put private AI to work or improve systems already in use.

Understand

Start with the business, the people doing the work and what needs to change.

Build

Carry those requirements into connected software, intelligence and infrastructure.

Put it to work

Deploy within the client’s control and use the operating results to guide improvements.

We use Labarna to develop and operate client-owned intelligence, software and infrastructure. Its website explains the platform’s capabilities and technical approach.
